Boneless Pork Chops wrap in Bacon

When I want to cook something quick and simple I include pork chops in the menu. But yesterday I wanted something different and my cousin had told me a while ago that she wrapped them in bacon. So I decided to give it a try.

And why not? Like someone said:  “Everything with bacon tastes better”.

Here is my version of pork chops wrapped in bacon. Definitely, this will not be the last time I make them because besides being an easy recipe to prepare they were delicious and everyone at home liked.

Ingredients:

5 Boneless Pork Chops

5 bacon slices

Garlic salt

Honey BBQ Sauce

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 °

Season the pork chops with garlic salt.

Wrap the pork chops in the bacon slice. If you want you can put more than one to each chop.

Place the pork chops with the bacon in a mold. I used a cookie baking pan and I like to put aluminum foil to make it easier to wash it later.

Put the BBQ sauce on both sides. It is easier if you use a brush, but a spoon will also work.

                 

Bake for 20 minutes.

Turn the pork chops and cook for 5 -10 minutes, depending on the calibration of the oven and the thickness of the pork chop.

Let them stand for 1 or 2 minutes before serving.
