Policies

Shipping Policies:

  • U.S. and Puerto Rico Shipping ONLY (We currently do not ship outside of the U.S.).
  • All orders are shipped USPS.
  • The shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • All orders are processed within 2-5 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • COVID SHIPPING UPDATE: If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
  • Please make sure the address on your Invoice is the correct address, as that is the address we use to ship. If you prefer to receive the package in another address make sure you specify the correct address.
  • We do try to provide a tracking number with each package, we ship.
  • We are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after they leave our hands.

Cancellation Policy:

I gladly accept cancellations, but you must request it within 24 hours of purchase or before the item has shipped.

Return Policies:

  • All sales are final. We don’t accept cancellations.
  • If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will accept unworn, unwashed, and unused items for exchange if the product is available or for store credit.
  • Contact us within 1-2 days of delivery.
  • Ship item back within 3-5 days of delivery.
  • We can not accept returned or exchanged in custom or personalized orders and items on sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges Policies:

I don’t accept exchanges, but if you are unsatisfied, for any reason at all, please contact us and we will do everything we can to make it right.
